In the event that the producers decide they cannot complete this film, the percentage remaining (after all expenses incurred as of date of cancellation) of all money raised will be returned to each donor. E.g., if $10,000 is raised and is $2,000 spent as of the date of cancellation, the remaining 80% ($8,000) will be returned to donators (minus fees charged by the payment processors for their service). In this scenario, if you donated $50 you would receive $40 back.

We will attempt to ship rewards as they become availible to us, however we may introduce minor delays in order to take advantage of bulk pricing. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

If you donate to shadowsinthegrass.com, you will be asked to provide certain personal information (currently, the only required information is an email address). This information is used to maintain records of donations and to contact said donors about the "rewards" associated with certain donation increments. This personal information is maintained in a database on a private server and is not available to the general public. This information will never be shared with or sold to any other party.
Those who donate to this website will have the option of posting a message on the donation "wall". You do not have to post a message, however if you do you agree that we may use your message in perpetuity and in any format, be it for promotion/publication etc., for the purposes of this film project.
Our web server automatically collects information such the IP addresses of client browsers, the pages they visited, the amount of data transferred, etc.. We may use this information, both individually and in aggregate, to analyze site usage patterns or to investigate alleged instances of abuse or fraud. This information will never be shared with or sold to any other party.
We use Stripe (for credit cards) and PayPal as our payment processors. Stripe and/or PayPal do not share your credit card or bank account information with us at any time (see Stripe's site and PayPal's site).
